Job Description:
Proflex Recruit is working on behalf of a major Housing Association to recruit a HR advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for the day to day delivery of HR support to the housing associations management and staff. The main areas of responsibility are as follows:
Recruitment
Disciplinary and Grievance investigations and hearings
Performance Management
Organisational Development
Supervise HR Coordinators
You should be a member of the CIPD and qualified to CPP level, and have previous HR generalist experience it is also essential that you are a driver for this role and if you have your own car that would be an advantage.
